This Terms of Service agreement (the "Terms," "Agreement," or "TOS") constitutes a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "you," or "your") and GMBEX (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the website (gmbex.com), interacting with our decentralized applications (dApps), or utilizing any of our sports data and social exchange services, you irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms.
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM ACCESSING OR USING THE GMBEX ECOSYSTEM.
Access to GMBEX is strictly limited to natural persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in their respective jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into this binding agreement.
GMBEX operates as a global community; however, we do not offer services in jurisdictions where social betting or cryptocurrency interaction is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of GMBEX complies with local, state, and national regulations. We reserve the right to implement geo-fencing or other technical restrictions to maintain regulatory integrity.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including alphanumeric passwords and cryptographic private keys or seed phrases associated with integrated Web3 wallets. GMBEX shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your credentials.
GMBEX provides a proprietary information environment where sports data is integrated into social content. While we strive for millisecond-level accuracy in our data feeds, all information is provided "as is" for informational and social purposes only. GMBEX does not provide financial, investment, or professional betting advice.
Users may participate in the GMBEX "Content Mining" program, earning platform-native rewards through high-quality contributions.
Corporate and premium users granted access to Advanced Data Dashboards are subject to supplemental commercial agreements. Unauthorized scraping, reverse engineering, or redistribution of GMBEX proprietary data is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action.
The GMBEX brand, logo, "Content as Data" technology, proprietary algorithms, Enterprise Dashboards, and all underlying source code are the exclusive intellectual property of GMBEX and its licensors.
By posting content on GMBEX, you retain ownership of your original insights but grant GMBEX a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and sublicensable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and distribute such content across our global network. This license is essential for the functionality of our decentralized social feed and data aggregation services.
GMBEX respects intellectual property rights. If you believe that any content on the Platform infringes upon your copyright, you may submit a formal takedown notice to our Legal Department at [legal@gmbex.com].

You acknowledge that participation in sports betting involves a significant risk of loss. GMBEX is a social exchange community and does not act as a bookmaker. We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of external betting services linked to or discussed within the platform.
Users interacting with Web3 features acknowledge that digital assets and platform rewards are subject to extreme market volatility. GMBEX does not guarantee the stability or security of any blockchain protocol integrated into the platform.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GMBEX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
IN NO EVENT SHALL GMBEX, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM:
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GMBEX and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your infringement of any third-party rights.
GMBEX reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms, regulatory requirements, or activities that threaten the integrity of the GMBEX community. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which GMBEX is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be settled by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC). The seat of arbitration shall be determined by GMBEX, and the language of the proceedings shall be English.
